The spaceWelcome to this spacious 1200 square foot 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 12 guests, located on the 9th floor at the Sand Dunes Resort at the North end of Myrtle Beach.
This condo has just about everything that you would want for your vacation here to Myrtle Beach.
Let's talk about the space of the condo. Each guest bedroom can sleep 4 guests, with room to walk around and a pretty decent closet to hang up clothes as well.
The main bedroom, talk about spacious! This bedroom comfortably fits a king bed has a closet for convivence and an ensuite bathroom with a rain-shower feature! From the main bedroom you can walk directly onto the balcony and watch the sunrise over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean!
Now the open floor plan of the kitchen, eating area and living room.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, there are plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware etc. for the cooks in the family. Both a Keurig and Drip Coffee maker.
The table features banquet seating which optimizes the best use of seating as many people as possible.
When you are not in the kitchen or eating area, enjoy hanging out in the living room area. The couch is also a queen size sleeper sofa that sleeps an additional 2 guests.
The balcony is also a favorite spot to be as well. Catch glorious morning sunrises, or just watch the waves crash on the beach.

You have access to everything except for the Waterpark located in the front of the building.
So, enjoy the Indoor pool and whirlpool or sit in one of the little out-coves by the pool.
Swim by the ocean front pool, or glide along the lazy river. Take a nap on the sun deck.
Feeling hungry? The resort has several options for you (at your own cost) and they have a family fun zone as well.
Guest accessYou have access to the entire condo, except there is an owners closet located in the bedroom with the light green accent wall coloring. The door has a lock on it. If the lock is tampered with or broken a replacement lock along with the charge of the locksmith will be assessed.
Also, the FRONT waterpark is accessible to Airbnb guests.
Additional notesAirbnb guests do not have access to the front waterpark.
At each reservation you are provided with 12 sets of towels (regardless of the number of guests), each bed will have linens.
You will also have a starter of the following items. This is so you don't have to go to the store right away if you don't want to. These items are: 1 toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towel, shampoo per bathroom, small soap, trashcan liner for each trash can, small dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher tab.

Please note in the state of South Carolina marijuana is still illegal. Any illegal drug or any smoking in the condo or balcony is strictly prohibited. A $300 fine will be charged, and an additional cleaning fee may be charged as well.

If anyone from the resort the authorities are called due to a disturbance and you or anyone in your party are asked to leave the resort, and I am contacted, your reservation will be canceled, and you will not receive a refund of any remaining time.
